"I was born and raised in western Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service and Housing Administration. I lived near Charleston, South Carolina for 19 years and worked in vacation rental property management. During that time, I enjoyed working closely with the property owners to enhance the rentability of their property. Many of the principles of managing vacation rental properties are the same as year round properties. I have the pleasure of applying the knowledge I gained at the beach in helping owners in the mountains.
